           Share market is a place where buyers and sellers interact to trade in share of bublicly listed company where you buy a share you become a part owner of the company.

  A Share indicates a unit of ownership in a particular company. As a shareholder of a company ,you hold a percentage of ownership of the companys and are lable for the companys profits and losses you also get the additional benefits such as divident,bonus shares&rights issue.

Stock:

A stock  is a collection of shares of a single company or collection of share of multiple companies.
